RAF Typhoon jets have been deployed to Estonia, flying on Nato’s air policing mission in the country. As well as operating as the UK’s Quick Reaction Alert, they are deployed across Nato’s eastern flank to patrol the skies bordering Russia. Forces News spoke to a Typhoon pilot to find out what makes the jet perfect for the mission.
