The PESCO 4E (Essential Elements of European Escorts) project helps define the different technologies and systems that will support the military capabilities of the next generation of EU defence ships, in the 2030-2045 time frame.
The Spanish Navy leads PESCO 4E, collaborating with six EU Member States: Italy, Portugal, Greece, Sweden, The Netherlands and Germany.
