We are working in a joint venture with global engineering and construction company, Black & Veatch, on a £219 million project to deliver construction and supporting infrastructure for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), the Ministry of Defence’s estate services arm. The work is taking place as part of the US Air Force European Infrastructure Consolidation (EIC) works for the US military based at RAF Molesworth, in Cambridgeshire.

We will be working together with the Black & Veatch team to develop a new two-storey military facility along with supporting infrastructure and a warehouse. Design work is due to begin immediately, with construction on site planned to commence in the spring of 2024. The whole project is due to complete by the summer of 2028.

The award builds on our track record of successfully delivering a range of major defence projects in the UK for over two decades. These include everything from major construction schemes to facilities management in critical establishments. Our team of experts led the redevelopment of Worthy Down in Hampshire between 2014 and 2022 and is currently managing another major project at the Vehicle Storage and Support Programme in Gloucestershire.
