  • Surveying and Strategic Advice
  • Integrated Workplace Management.

Dan Weiss, Managing Director of Sodexo’s property management business said: “This award is a reflection of the property management professional services talent and capability we have developed in Sodexo.  We look forward to continuing to support estates directors with the complex and significant challenges they face.  Our team has significant credentials in designing and delivering solutions, and providing the data and insight required for our public sector clients to make fully informed decisions about their estate.

“With Sodexo’s wider experience and relationships with universities, justice, blue light services, central and local government, and healthcare we are well placed to continue to support the One Public Estate agenda, workplace planning as well as working towards the new Greening Government Commitments and net zero targets and the levelling-up agenda.”

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
