Tuddenham succeeds founder of Chess Dynamics, Graham Beall, who will drive the expansion of the business into the North American market.
Tuddenham’s appointment follows his ten-year career within Chess Dynamics where he has successfully driven an expanding team. He brings strong confidence to achieve aggressive growth targets, alongside a passion for delivering engineering excellence for high-calibre projects.
Mr Tuddenham commented: “Our aggressive growth targets are achievable due to the strength in our portfolio and our people. Business strategy priorities are to extend our presence in the European Land market, to pursue new Naval export opportunities in the Far East and Australia, and to expand Chess Dynamics’ footprint in the North American market with the help of former Group MD and founder of Chess Dynamics, Graham Beall.”
The appointment of Tuddenham will see the business enter a new phase of growth with a refocussed mission, vision, and refreshed values. Working with his senior leadership team, the business strategy will be driven by a renewed focus on partnership, collaboration, and alignment with customers. Year-on-year revenue growth also provides a robust launchpad for future expansion.
Tuddenham continued: “Our strength and value to customers wouldn’t be possible without the commitment of the wider Chess team: everyone contributes. My role is to further drive internal and external collaboration to keep Chess as a leader in the design and manufacturing of advanced technology solutions for the defence industry.”
