Colonel Tim Collins MBE has been confirmed as a keynote speaker at Defence Procurement, Research, Technology & Exportability (DPRTE) 2020, which will take place at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre on 3 September.

Colonel Tim Collins OBE delivered the infamous speech to British troops of the 1st Royal Irish Battle Group on the eve of battle in March 2003. With a copy of the speech now hanging in the Oval Office of the White House, the notoriety and strength of this speech is shown by its prominence around the world. Collins’ words made him an overnight hero with world leaders and infantrymen globally.

He will join Andrew Forzani, Chief Commercial Officer of the Ministry of Defence at the event’s Keynote Arena, which will host a range of the leading and most influential speakers from across the defence procurement and supply chain marketplace. More names will be confirmed soon.

DPRTE is the UK’s premier event for procurement and supply chain in the defence and security sectors. The annual event, which is now in its seventh year, brings together government departments and agencies, trade associations and businesses of all sizes whose products and services could be relevant to the whole spectrum of the defence and security sectors.

Attendees will have an invaluable opportunity to hear directly from those personnel who are actively engaged in both setting and delivering the direction of the UK’s defence procurement and supply chain strategy.

Do not miss out on this unique opportunity to hear from a range of the most important speakers within defence procurement today.

Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are now available. For further details, please email exhibitions@dprte.co.uk or call 0845 270 7066.
