Jim Carter, the MOD’s Supply Chain Commercial Director has joined the growing list of distinguished keynote speakers at Defence Procurement, Research, Technology & Exportability (DPRTE) 2019.

The event, taking place at Birmingham’s NEC on 28 March next year, will see Jim take his place alongside the recently announced names of Stuart Andrew MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Ministry of Defence) and Ant Middleton, best known for his role as Chief Instructor on hit show, ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’.

Leading a Supplier Management team at the Ministry of Defence, Mr Carter is responsible for delivering and embedding a new Strategic Supplier Management approach across Defence and transforming supplier relationships.

DPRTE 2019 is the UK’s premier defence procurement event and brings together buyers, suppliers and defence thought leaders in an engaging environment where they can network and discuss the latest market developments and opportunities.

The Keynote Arena will host a range of the leading and most influential speakers from across the defence procurement and supply chain marketplace.
