General Dynamics Information Technology has won a contract from the US Army Medical Command for professional training and operations services in support of the US Army Reserve regional training sites-medical programme.

The single-award contract has a potential value of approximately $58.9 million for a one-year base period with four option years.

General Dynamics Information Technology, a General Dynamics company, will deliver customised medical training and exercises, with work carried out at more than 15 locations throughout the United States.

Rich Farinacci, Vice President and General Manager of General Dynamics Information Technology’s Professional Services and Training Solutions sector, said: “General Dynamics is a global leader in delivering military training capabilities that help strengthen readiness.

“Our highly experienced team will provide integrated combat health and logistical support training to meet vital Army Reserve medical requirements.”
