JFC Cap C4ISR Industry Day

27 NOVEMBER 2017 – NORTHWOOD

 

Air Commodore Nick Hay, Head of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Branch within the Joint Forces Command, Capability Directorate, will host an Industry Day on 27 November 2017 at the UK’s Joint Forces Headquarters in Northwood.

Overview

In order to ensure a coherent approach to C4ISR capability development, Air Commodore Nick Hay will inform and update industry representatives on Joint Forces Command’s aspirations for the future along with their current planning considerations. The event is open to both current and potential industry partners.

Agenda

 

Venue: Wright / Norton Conference Rooms, Headquarters Joint Forces Command, Building 410, Sandy Lane, NORTHWOOD HA6 3HP.

Security Clearance: Attendees do not need to hold Developed Vetting.

Lunch & Refreshments: A buffet lunch will be provided along with tea and coffee.

Places: There are 70 places open to industry therefore companies will be limited to one or two representatives. Applications are to be sent to Corporal Ryan Searles (Ryan.Searles873@mod.gov.uk) no later than 15 November 2017. Applications must include the company name and the representative’s full name, nationality, DOB, contact email and phone number. Photographic ID (driving licence or passport) will be required on the day in order to gain entry to Northwood Headquarters. Successful applicants will be informed by email by 17 November 2017.

Cost: To cover the cost of lunch and refreshments there is a £10 charge for each industry delegate. Pre-payment will be required no later than 23 November 2017 – details to follow.

Dress: Normal business attire.

Parking: There is no parking available at Northwood Headquarters. The closest tube station (Northwood) is a 5-minute taxi ride from Northwood Headquarters. The closest overground train stations are in Watford.

Security: Please allow at least 30 minutes to clear security at the Northwood Visitors Centre.
