General Dynamics Information Technology – the business arm of General Dynamics – is to provide enterprise IT and cyber security services to the Naval Surface Warfare Centre (NSWC) Crane Division in accordance with a newly awarded contract courtesy of the US Naval Sea Systems Command.

The single-award, task order contract has a potential worth amounting to $81.3M over a five year period, with the vast majority of the project slated to take place in Crane, Indiana.

General Dynamics will partner up with Purdue University, together with ten Indiana-based organisations, to supply the NSWC Crane Division with enterprise IT service management, cyber security, systems engineering, data protection, cross domain security and information exchange, and technical advisory services management.
