The Department of National Defence (DND) has awarded a multi year contract to Canadian BMT Fleet Technology, to deliver the Systems Engineering and Requirements Management Training.

The training programme will developed between BMT and DND so it is tailored to Canadian Defence requirements, with the contract initially running for three years, with an option for two more, beginning in May 2017.

With over 70 specialist engineers and technologists across Canada, BMT will be able to provide a comprehensive package of training to the DND.

Darcy Byrtus, President of BMT Fleet Technology Limited said: “We are extremely proud that BMT Fleet Technology’s track record of engineering excellence has been recognised by this contract award. We look forward to working with the DND to deliver world leading training.” 

Delivering engineering and management solutions, including provision of trusted advice, In-Service Support to major platforms, specialist engineering services and management support, BMT Fleet Technology Limited works to support major systems across Canada.
