Raytheon awarded US Navy Mk54 torpedo contract

Raytheon has been awarded a $37.7M contract

for the procurement of Mk54 lightweight torpedo common parts kits, Mod 0 lightweight torpedo kits and exercise fuel tanks, spares, production support material, engineering support and hardware repair support. The contract combines purchases for the US Navy (98%) and Government of Thailand (2%) under the Foreign Military Sales programme.
